Washington, D.C. <\/strong>(September 16, 2021) \u2014 Greater Louisville Inc.\u2019s president and CEO, Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, was one of 12 new executives selected for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100 (CCC100).<\/p>\n

Davasher-Wisdom will represent GLI and join the group of experienced leaders to advise the U.S. Chamber\u2019s board of directors, enhance\"\"<\/a> lobbying and coalition work, recommend programming, and strengthen outreach to the business and chamber communities.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a great honor to join some of the nation\u2019s top Chamber of Commerce Executives and work to represent the best interests of the Greater Louisville business community on a national level,\u201d said Davasher-Wisdom. \u201cI am looking forward to working with fellow leaders to guide and influence the U.S. Chamber\u2019s work throughout the U.S. and in our 15-county region.\u201d<\/p>\n

Davasher-Wisdom was appointed president and CEO of GLI in January 2020 and previously served in various leadership roles within the chamber. She received her IOM accreditation after completing the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation\u2019s rigorous Institute for Organization Management program and a Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) designation in 2020, which is the highest certification for a chamber executive.<\/p>\n
