(GLI) launched a<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">robust toolkit<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">aimed at equipping businesses who signed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greaterlouisville.com\/racialequitypledge\/\">Greater Louisville\u2019s Racial Equity Pledge<\/a> with the resources they need to advance inclusion within their organizations and throughout the community. The toolkit directly complements the core principles of the pledge and is designed to help companies of all sizes live up to their commitment.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">\u201cGreater Louisville\u2019s Racial Equity Pledge is for businesses of all industries and sizes. However, we know that our smaller businesses do not have access to as many resources to help them proactively prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. This toolkit is a great way for business leaders to utilize community and national resources to make their workplaces and our community more inclusive and equitable,\u201d said Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, President and CEO of GLI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">The full toolkit is available<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greaterlouisville.com\/equitytoolkit\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">In addition, GLI has partnered with Equity Vested to launch an <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/equityvested.com\/greater-louisville-Inclusion\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;\">Inclusion Index<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\"> to coincide with both the pledge and toolkit. The Inclusion Index will give businesses the opportunity to confidentially assess their inclusion efforts. It will produce a score that pinpoints<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>areas that need improvement and directs them to GLI\u2019s toolkit for additional resources.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;\">Businesses who signed Greater Louisville\u2019s Racial Equity Pledge are encouraged to take the assessment initially and repeat annually to track their progress.
