GLI\u2019s 2020-2021 Federal Agenda<\/strong><\/a> includes short-term priorities related to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the organization\u2019s long-term policy recommendations to support economic growth and workforce development throughout America\u2019s economic recovery.<\/p>\n

The 2020-2021 Federal Agenda was the result of a collaborative process within GLI that included issue advisory committees, GLI investors, and the Public Policy Council with the 2020-2021 agenda being approved by the GLI Board of Directors in May 2020. Every spring, the Greater Louisville business community comes together to review our region\u2019s most pressing policy needs at the federal level and to propose GLI\u2019s top federal priorities.<\/p>\n

The Federal Agenda builds on and adds to GLI’s work at the state and local levels as well as the Business Council to End Racism, which will reengage on a variety of policy recommendations with a focus to address racism, inequities, and solutions to support communities of color in current and future federal priorities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
