Rising healthcare executives are challenged to grow in their leadership capacity and will learn how to navigate shifts across policy, practice, and patient need.<\/p>\n<p>The HEN Fellows Programs uses a combination of site tours, group presentations, and discussions by senior leaders within the industry.
