Founder and President
They drive me crazy! How to bridge generational gaps in the workplace.
Do your seasoned employees struggle to work with the newest generation in your office? Ensuring that older workers can effectively manage your Millennial employees (age 32 and under) can be done, but both parties need to compromise on professionalism expectations and determine ways to utilize the strengths of one another. Cara will help you learn how to retain both older and younger talent within your organization by bridging that generational gap to help veteran staff understand the Millennial perspective and learn how to meet their needs to get the most out of their time at work.
Cara is the president of Crescendo Strategies and has more than 10 years of experience in helping people and businesses grow. Her past work spans a wide range of disciplines and industries, with expertise in marketing, training, recruitment, operations, partnership creation, and strategic program development. Cara earned her MBA in Entrepreneurship from the top-ranked University of Louisville program where she participated as a Forcht Entrepreneurship Fellow, traveling the United States to compete in business plan competitions. After completing her MBA, Cara moved to Germany, where she taught business English and American culture to German professionals. She now lives in Louisville with her husband, Mike, and they are expecting their first child in August.
